1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Our products
Every piece is handmade, so small variations in color, size, and finish between the photo and the item you receive are normal and part of being handmade — not a defect. We do our best to keep photos, descriptions, and prices accurate, but we may correct errors (including pricing errors) at any time before an order is confirmed.
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is actually out of stock). This site does not collect or store payment card numbers or other payment credentials — payment is arranged directly with you as part of fulfilling the order. Email verification at checkout confirms the order is going to a real, reachable inbox before it's placed.
4. Shipping
We currently ship within Egypt, to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by your location and courier conditions outside our control.
5. Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order — we can accommodate this before it ships, but not after.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
